Travelling from the North leave at junction 10 and from the dual carriageway immediately turn right following the sign to the Airport, Hayden and Staverton. After approx. 1 mile turn right at the 'House in the Tree' Pub. After 1 mile, turn left at the traffic lights towards Cheltenham (B4063) and Hope Orchard is 100 meters on the left.

Stylish and attractive independently run bed and breakfast guest house providing ground floor en-suite accommodation with ample parking for cars and motorbikes. With 8 en-suite guest rooms comprising of 5 doubles and 3 twins all rooms open onto the grounds giving independent access for guests. There is Freeview TV & DVD, free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, hospitality tray and hair dryers in all rooms.
An excellent, freshly prepared breakfast from a varied menu including vegetarian, is served in the breakfast room of the main house. An "Early Riser" tray of bread, jams, spreads, cereal, milk and juice is available for those with an exceptionally early start to their onward journey.
Local pubs and restaurants are close by for evening meals.
